The Urban Arrow E-Zeker is a comprehensive cargo bike insurance from Kingpolis, with Wertgarantie as risk carrier.

Follow the steps below together with an affiliated dealer to ensure your Urban Arrow cargo bike is properly secured and insured.
⚠ Mandatory conditions for coverage
The insurance is only valid if all of the requirements below are met. If any one of these elements is missing, Kingpolis may refuse the claim.
📡 1. Two trackers required
Urban Arrow Comodule/Connected tracker — the standard IoT module that is already built into the Urban Arrow. Can be ordered via the dealer portal.
Tracefy Solo tracker — a second, additional tracker. Recognisable by a yellow sticker. Supplied by Urban Arrow and included free of charge for the customer. May not be replaced by a self-purchased device.
⚠ An Urban Arrow without a correctly registered Solo tracker is not insured.📱 2. Urban Arrow app – selecting Kingpolis is MANDATORY
Download the Urban Arrow app and select Kingpolis as the insurer in the insurance section. This is essential: in case of theft, the bike must be reported stolen via the app so that tracking can be started. The Tracefy app does not need to be downloaded.
🔐 3. Second lock required (ART2-approved)
- Always use two ART2-approved locks: a fixed ring lock and a second lock with which you secure the bike to an immovable object.
- Keep all keys safe and follow the conditions in the policy.
🌙 4. Night-time clause
The Urban Arrow must be stored at night in a locked indoor space. Consult the official policy conditions for the exact definition and exceptions.
🔢 5. Register the full frame number
When taking out the insurance, the full frame number (all digits and letters) must be recorded correctly. This is required both for the insurance and for linking it to the Tracefy Solo tracker.
⏰ 6. Report damage within 14 days
Report damage or theft as soon as possible — and no later than 14 days — to the police and to Kingpolis.

What happens in case of damage or theft.
Total loss or theft
If the bike is not recovered within 2 weeks after the theft, or if the bike is a total loss, Kingpolis will reimburse 90% of the insured value — provided that all insurance conditions are met. Deductible: € 750 per incident.
Tracking in case of theft
Tracking of stolen Urban Arrows is carried out by Recoveryservice.nl and is included in the insurance. Report theft immediately via the Urban Arrow app (with Kingpolis selected).
