Since 1998, DrBeyk has deliberately remained small. Not because we lack ambition, but because we believe that personal attention, craftsmanship and accountability tend to disappear when a company becomes too large and impersonal.

We are not a traditional company—and we don’t want to be. We are a team of independent professionals with a shared passion for bicycles, engineering and great service.

Each of us brings our own knowledge, experience and specialism, but together we stand for the same things: honest advice, quality workmanship and personal service that truly makes a difference for you.

No unnecessary layers, no distance between customer and craftsman—just short lines of communication, real involvement, and people who take responsibility for their own work.

This way, we can bring together a great deal of knowledge and craftsmanship without losing the personal character that has shaped us all these years.

About us

At DrBeyk, we have deliberately chosen not to work with a traditional staff structure. Instead, we collaborate with a carefully selected network of independent professionals, each with their own workshop, specialism, responsibility and strengths.

Every partner works independently and receives the full proceeds of their own work. This gives them the freedom to work in the way and at the pace that suits them, without unnecessary hierarchy. At the same time, we work closely together and share a common goal: satisfied customers and the success of DrBeyk as a whole.

You could see our way of working as a modern cooperative. Everyone is independent and equal, but no one is on their own. We share knowledge, help each other where needed, and are invested in each other’s quality and success.
