✅ First service appointment – Free with purchase
When you purchase a new cargo bike, you are entitled to a free first service, provided that:
❇️ Inside 3 months after purchase
❇️ And the bike less than 500 kilometers has driven
The service takes a maximum of one hour. You can wait here and enjoy a cup of coffee while we check your cargo bike for safety and performance.
Note: Is your bike older than 3 months or has it been ridden more than 500 km? In that case, we charge the regular rate of €15 per quarter hour (excl. materials).
📍 Tip: Bring your cargo bike to the workshop clean – just like you go to the dentist with brushed teeth. If your cargo bike is extremely dirty, we can clean it for €50 after consulting with you, or postpone the repair.
🚑 Mobile cargo bike repair & pick-up/drop-off service
Can't make it to us? No worries! We offer on-site service or a pick-up and drop-off service . This is ideal for busy families or businesses.
🌿 Because our mobile service generates CO² emissions, we recommend—where possible—that you bring your bike to us yourself. If that's really not possible, book our pick-up service:
🔧 Urban Arrow Repair & Maintenance
Urban Arrow maintenance requires expertise and attention to detail. We are experienced in servicing electric cargo bikes and ensure your bike stays safe and runs smoothly.
We recommend:
🔧 Major maintenance every year or every 2,500 - 3,000 km
🔧 Brake pads replacement (for disc brakes) every ±2,500 km
Proper maintenance prevents costly repairs and keeps you safe on the road with your kids or deliveries.
🧼 Washing your cargo bike – more important than you think
Did you know that 80% of good cargo bike maintenance starts with a clean bike? Regular washing prevents rust, wear, and malfunctions.
🔹 Use a bucket of warm water, dish soap, a brush, and a sponge
🔹 Avoid aggressive high-pressure washers (unless you know what you’re doing)
🔹 Wash your bike at least once every quarter
Too busy? We’ll professionally wash your cargo bike for €50 and make it shine like new.
🛠️ Warranty & reliability
You have a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty on your cargo bike. The first 12 months are through us, the second year through the manufacturer. We handle warranty claims quickly and fairly.
Please note:
❗ Parts subject to wear, such as brakes, chains, and bearings, are usually not covered by warranty
❗ Reckless use or poor maintenance can void your warranty
❗If you don't have the first (free) service within 3 months or 500 km, your right to warranty may lapse.
Always fill in the warranty form for claims. The bike must be brought or shipped to us for assessment.
