Refund policy

If you return a product unopened and unused, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within three days of receipt. 

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the product we sent arrived damaged or not working.

Custom-made products, such as OneKey locks, cannot be exchanged or returned.
