Deposit Urban Arrow rental

By paying the deposit you are signing the contract, and agreeing to the terms below ⬇️

Article 1 – Rental and delivery
The lessor declares that the bicycle has been delivered in good condition. The lessee confirms to have received the bicycle in good condition.
Bike type: Urban Arrow Family Plus
Rental price: €60 per day
Deposit: €600 (also applies as deductible in case of theft)
The bike comes with all necessary accessories (e.g., keys and documents). Any damage or missing parts will be deducted from the deposit.

Article 2 – Usage and costs

1. All costs during the rental period, such as parking, flat tires or minor repairs, are at the lessee’s expense.
2. Any transport costs to or from the rental location are also for the lessee.

Article 3 – Repairs
Repairs without permission from the lessor are at the lessee’s own risk. Always contact us first before doing anything. (Call or WhatsApp: 020-2604077)

Article 4 – Keys and insurance
The lessee is responsible for any loss or damage to supplied items such as accessories, charger, locks and keys.
The bicycle is not insured beyond any basic coverage. In case of theft, the deposit will be withheld.

Article 5 – Liability

1. The lessee is liable for all damage to the bike, regardless of fault.
2. The lessee indemnifies the lessor from any claims from passengers or third parties.
3. Fines, penalties or legal consequences during the rental period are fully the lessee’s responsibility.
4. Only if the lessee can prove that a defect already existed at the start of the rental, this liability may lapse.

Article 6 – Damage or theft
In case of damage or loss of the bike or any of its components, the lessee must immediately contact the lessor by phone (020-2604077) and also confirm in writing. A police report may be required. Failure to report or follow instructions may result in full liability.

Article 7 – Lessor’s liability
The lessor is not liable for any damage, injury or costs resulting from the use of the bicycle, including technical defects during the rental period.

Article 8 – Rental period and extension
The rental is per day. If the bike is not returned before 10:00 PM, an additional day’s rent of €60 will be charged. These terms remain in effect until the bike is returned, unless the agreed maximum period is exceeded.

Article 9 – Late return
If the agreed maximum rental period is exceeded, the lessee owes the lessor a penalty of €60 per extra day without any further notice.

Article 10 – Early termination
If the lessor believes the bike is not being used responsibly, they have the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately, without court intervention.

When renting the bike, the renter receives all accessories (such as keys and documents). Any damage to the bike or loss of parts will be deducted from the deposit.

Article 2 – Use and Costs

2. Any transport costs to or from the rental address are also the renter’s responsibility.

3. Any fines, penalties, or other legal consequences during the rental period are entirely the renter’s responsibility.
4. This liability only lapses if the renter can prove the cause was a pre-existing defect.

Article 6 – Damage or Theft

In the event of damage to or loss of the bike or its parts, the renter must immediately call (020-2604077) and also confirm this in writing. Police involvement and an official report may be required. Failure to follow these rules may result in full liability.

Article 7 – Landlord’s Liability

The landlord is not responsible for any damage, injury, or costs arising from use of the bike, including any technical defects during the rental period.

Article 8 – Duration and Extension

The rental is per day. If the bike is not returned before 10:00 p.m., an extra day’s rental of €60 will automatically be charged. The terms remain in effect until the bike is returned, as long as the agreed maximum term is not exceeded.

Article 9 – Late Return

If the agreed maximum term is exceeded, the renter will owe a penalty of €60 per extra day without further notice.

Article 10 – Termination by Landlord

If it appears the bike is being used carelessly, the landlord has the right to terminate the agreement immediately, without court intervention.
