Maintenance:

The maintenance interval depends greatly on usage. Brake pads should typically be replaced every 3,000–3,500 km. With intensive use, it's important to thoroughly wash the bike at least four times a year to keep it fresh—this accounts for 80% of the maintenance. If the bike is always kept outside, a parka is recommended to protect it from moisture.

Unsure whether to choose an electric or non-electric Bullitt?

The Bullitt rides lightly and, thanks to the stiff frame construction and proper riding position, offers optimal power transfer. Still, you’ll likely use it to carry cargo, groceries, tools, your dog, or children. It's nice to have the option to use the assist or go a bit faster against the wind. Here’s an important consideration: The e-Bullitt has no extra resistance when the motor isn't assisting, so it rides just like a non-electric Bullitt. You can easily ride an e-Bullitt without power, but you can't turn on assist on a non-electric Bullitt.
